This is a radio broadcast so there is an instance where the Italian announcer breaks in over the top (as to be expected) That being said the sound quality is quite good. Although 'So Tired' fades in, it's great to hear some of the new stuff in concert. From there, the tracks jump into EC's vast back catalogue. 'Got To Get Better In A Little While', 'Motherless Children' and 'Everybody Oughta Make A Change' benefit from having the dust blown off them by way of a horns section and backing singers helping to round out the sound. 'After Midnight' sees an edgier approach to the 70's version. 'Queen Of Spades' (sounding suspiciously like 'Have You Ever Loved A Woman') clocking in at around 12 minutes allows plenty of solo work for most fans to sink their teeth into. With some interesting slide guitar being employed. There is some great interplay between the guitarists during this song. |

It's a pity that Pretending is missing, but the quality is really good. Great performance especially: Little Queen of Spades and Got To Get Better In A Little While. |
